What is Cross training?
Cross training is a hybrid of strength training, endurance, and flexibility to push an individual to their peak performance.  Our body is like a machine that always needs to be in motion. If we don’t stay active our body will stop doing producing energy. With Cross training we put the body in a natural motion with high resistance at a low rest point. Cross training incorporates interval training of high intensity workouts combined with lower intensity recovery periods, allowing for you to maximize your workout by performing exercises that engage several muscle groups at the same time
